Maati Baani is a World Music band combining elements of Hindustani Classical with various styles of Folk Music and New age sounds. Their latest offering is the song 'Rang Rangiya' that celebrates freedom in it's True Spirit this Independence Day, the result of a first time online collab between artistes from India and Pakistan.
I did some calligraphy for the Urdu and Devanagari version of the title. It was a very quick and amateur attempt at calligraphy, and the output not really great, but I am still kicked about having got an opportunity to contribute to this awesome initiative in some small way :-) so yaaay!
